You want to look absolutely incredible for your senior pictures and have the best time doing it.
So let’s make you look stunning, and have a ton of fun, too! We will plan your session together at our consultation, where we’ll talk about outfit suggestions and I’ll show you location ideas all around the Metro Detroit area to see what really catches your eye and and is your style. I’ll also introduce you to print and product options because you want to see those gorgeous photos in print (and really, so do your parents), and of course you’ll get the corresponding digitals you want to share on social. You’ll be set for the session where all the fun just begins! And don’t worry, you’ll warm up easily to the camera and won’t feel awkward doing it after you see the amazingness I’m capturing of you. I’m already so excited to work with you to photograph this milestone your life!

FINALLY, it’s senior year and you want to capture this amazing moment in your life. You want it to be perfect and planned to fit your personality and style but you’re not really sure about all the details. I’m here to walk you through the process and experience, while making it stress free AND enjoyable for you! At your complimentary consultation, I’ll show you several examples of locations, we’ll chat about recommendations of what to wear (and not to wear!) and get our date on the calendar. All the guesswork is taken care of at the consultation, and you’ll feel more than ready and pumped for your senior pictures!

You have hired a professional. Relax and enjoy the session! You don’t need to know how to pose; I’ll give you prompts and gentle guidance throughout your photo shoot to get the most natural and candid portraits. Within 15 minutes of the session, you’ll be rocking the poses and totally getting into it. Ready to have the best time?!

Within a week, we’ll get you back into the studio for your Viewing and Ordering appointment. This is where you will first see your much-awaited photo proofs from your session! You get to select your favorite images that will be fully and professionally edited by me (goodbye acne!). With my guided help, you select what images you would like, prints for your home, wall art to hang, and albums to cherish along with the corresponding digital files for what you select. I have partnered with the professional printers to give you museum quality pieces.
I want this to be an experience to remember for you! Starting with all the information you need, custom session planning, and ending with gorgeous products and images. Enjoy what we have created together! The next time you’ll have a portrait experience like this will be for your wedding!
Frequently Asked Questions
01. WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE MY SENIOR SESSION?
I suggest contacting me 2-3 months in advance for when you want your senior session to take place, especially if you want a September - October date. I try to leave a few dates open each month, though, so if you are late to the game, don’t hesitate to contact me!
02. I’M SO NERVOUS IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA. WILL YOU TELL ME HOW TO POSE?
Absolutely! I’ll give you gentle guidance and posing instruction the entire time! And I love to capture movement in photos, so we don’t do those awkward stand and smile at the camera poses (ok, maybe one for grandma).
03. HOW MANY OUTFITS CAN I BRING?
I recommend 3 outfits, as it gives you a good variety of looks with casual, dressy and somewhere in between.
04. WILL YOU HELP ME FIGURE OUT WHAT TO WEAR?
Yes! We will discuss recommended outfits, colors and accessories at your consultation so you aren’t left trying to figure it out on your own.
05. I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE I WANT MY PICTURES TAKEN.
I’ve got you covered! I have a Location Guide with examples that we will cover together at your consultation to see what catches your eye and suits your style!
