These two little loves. I’d like to introduce you to newborn twin baby girls, Ava and Chloe. How beautiful are they?!
When I photograph twins, I swear it takes me half the session before I can remember which is which, especially with outfit changes, but I felt so proud this time - I had it down right away with the girls!
Now the number one question I get about twin newborns…
“Is photographing twins HARD?!”
My answer, it all depends! Do the babies just want to sleep? Easy peasy. Does one of the babies want to sleep while the other baby is awake? That’s a bit more challenging. Regardless of the sleeping situation, I always have an assistant with twins, and for multiple reasons! Safety is the number one reason, and that’s the number one goal with any newborn session. The other reason for an assistant is MORE HANDS! I like to let mama and daddy relax during the session while myself and my assistant take care of the babies. They both need to be fed a bottle? We’ve got you. They need some extra cuddles? Uh, yes please. It makes the overall session flow so much easier!
Oh! I forgot to tell you, big brother was also at the session and swoon! He was so sweet and good with his little sisters! Wait until you see. Mama choose the sweetest photo of all three kiddos for her family room wall. It’s going to be amazing!
